BRIDAL COUPLE
To access and visualize the bookings, insert the following codes given to you:

your Username: _________________   and your Password: ________________

The prospect shows the total number of Free Hours (Green cells) - the Hours already booked (Blue)

Click on Gift donators Name to see the Hours confirmed (Red cells) with detailed payments;

The Hours booked (Blue cells) will be seen as confirmed in Red with the name of the Donator/s
only when payment is received in our Bank account.

GUESTS / RELATIVES / FRIENDS...

To book the number of Hours/Amount they wish to donate, they must:

1) Insert the Trip Code (given by the Bridal couple): _____________ and click on Proceed

2) Insert requested data: Names / Email address / Telephone Number
Regarding your Privacy the data will be utilized only and exclusively for this transaction and will not be released to anybody not involved with this transaction.
 

Once you have inserted the requested data, you proceed to the Booking page.

3) Clicking on the Green cells indicating the free Days/Hours of the Honeymoon Trip, you will be able to book all Hours you wish. Click again on a cell to deselect it. The system will calculate and show automatically the number of Hours and the amount due.
You can insert a Wedding Message for the Honeymooners.
You have the possibility to visualize the Honeymoon Trip Program, in order to evaluate, from your point
of view, which will be the best Hours of the Trip to give as a Gift to the Honeymooners.

4) Proceed and confirm your choice/amount you wish to give and you will then be prompted with a page with all details on how to pay the Hourly quotas  you just subscribed.
Payment must be made according to the terms agreed (usually immediately by Credit Card or not later than 24 Hours via Bank. If payment is not made in the terms agreed, the Travel Agency will release the Hours which will be available to other Donators.

 
When you make the payment by Bank transfer, insert a messagge containing:
Payment for #_____Hours, Bridal couple:______________________________  together with names of
Family/people offering the Gift.

There is the possibility to agree Form and Terms of payment directly with the Travel Agency.
